Vaesen Mystery Module

Gyllencreutz Myline

A secondary mystery for the Vaesen Starter Kit

By Matt Cantillon

Overview

Gyllencreutz Myline adds a Myling to the Vaesen Starter Kit adventure, weaving a secondary mystery through the halls of Castle Gyllencreutz alongside the main will-o’-the-wisp investigation. It carries its own clues, its own arc, and its own resolution — quiet, and terrible, and sad.

Six years ago, a young woman named Helena made a choice she could not take back. She buried her daughter Lena — three years old, and unwanted — beneath the floorboards of the laboratory on the castle’s third floor.

The child’s name was Lena. She had Ulf’s eyes.

Now something walks the corridors at night. Something small. Something that is still looking for its mother — the only person it ever knew.
